He has sold hundreds of homes, worked alongside installation crews, and speaks from real-world experience.

Krysta, a native of South Florida, radiates positivity and warmth wherever she goes. With nine years of experience as an operating room nurse, Krysta decided to fully commit to her family and business endeavors.

Drawing on her experience in healthcare, Krysta brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to her work as a business owner and parent. Her dedication to her family and community is reflected in the quality of service she provides to every customer.

In her free time, Krysta enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Florida and spending time with her loved ones.

Justin was born and raised in Illinois. New to the mobile home industry, but a veteran in serving others and managing projects.

With several years of experience in construction and managing projects, Justin brings motivation and a dedicated work ethic with the ability to spread that motivation to others.

Drawing on his real world experience in construction and law enforcement, Justin is able to analyze each situation and come up with the best solutions to make both the customer and the subcontractors happy. His dedication to this work stems from his time as a Permit Technician in Illinois. He knows the inspection process and brings a new perspective on scheduling and making sure everything is done correctly.

In his free time, Justin loves spending time exploring what Florida has to offer, and going on adventures with his family. He is also an avid bowler with several perfect games

Outside of work, I enjoy fitness and running, spending time with my family, and fishing whenever I can.

I’m Brandon Mauze, a Project Management Administrator who helps customers and my team by coordinating inspection schedules and completing permits so homeowners can move in as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I enjoy solving problems and working with my team to find the best solutions for our customers. My favorite part of the DIY process is learning how a home’s foundation is set and understanding all the steps and trades involved in installing different aspects of a home, which has already expanded my knowledge beyond the mobile home industry. Outside of work, I play soccer on a semi-professional team as I love being active.

Description goes here​​As the Office Manager at Florida Value Homes, I oversee the daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently while serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications. I enjoy assisting customers with their Mobile Home projects and helping make the process smooth and efficient as they purchase their new homes. I’m originally from Maine and I served 4.5 years in the Army as a Motor Transport Operator, stationed at Fort Lee, Virginia, and in South Korea before planting my roots here in Florida.

Here at FVH I’m responsible for creating all things media/marketing related. This includes but isn’t limited to marketing flyers, advertisements, tour videos, drone videos, facebook and google postings. The list goes on and on! I love working here at Florida Value Homes because I get to be creative and use my camera equipment on an almost daily basis! We might be a small team but we’ve got big ambitions! A fun fact about me is that I am a JDM enthusiast and I love filming cars as a hobby. I’ve filmed Nissan Skylines, Toyota Supras, and Mitsubishi Evolutions just to name a few My favorite thing about the FVH Process definitely has to be the customer testimonials. Being able to capture our customers' happiness through the eyes of a camera when all is said and done is a very heartwarming feeling.
