Florida Value Homes is a full-service, turnkey mobile home dealer and installer that handles everything from initial site inspections and home order all the way to final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy!
This means you don’t have to manage contractors, permits, or guesswork. We DO IT ALL.
Discovery
Your initial call with Dylan helps us understand your budget, land, timeline, and home goals to see if Florida Value Homes is the right fit for your project.
Qualification
We’ll ask you a few key questions about your land ownership, credit score, budget, and financing options to make sure your project qualifies and can move forward smoothly.
Prelim Feasibility
You’ll complete a signed form with a small deposit to confirm commitment. We then begin our due diligence, including but not limited to permitting, site surveys, and determining county/city requirements for your property. At this stage you will also be applying for financing (if needed).
Contract & Home Order
You’ll review a full line-by-line project cost breakdown and sign your contract. Once approved, we officially place your home order with the factory.
Home Delivery & Setup
Your home is delivered and installation begins within 2 days of delivery. We handle EVERYTHING. Permits, Full Installation, Electric, Plumbing, A/C, Stairs, Skirting, Final Inspections, etc.
Certificate of Occupancy
Once all final inspections are passed and financing is released, you receive your C/O and the keys to your new home!
